Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Adults Only - All Inclusive

I loved the food, the people were extremely nice and polite, they made sure I was happy and all my needs were met. They hotel is under contruction however I couldn't tell but it's good to know they are making upgrades. I wanted a little more entertainment at night.overall I had a Wonderful time.

Staff was friendly, Shavea on the front desk was excellent and was really accommodating and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Always something to do, beautiful property, lovely rooms, wonderful staff, responsive

Breakfast was great! An extensive amount of options. Plenty of choice, however the Italian wasn’t that great. A few worthy mentions: Shackera - Buffet Dushain - Pool area Amara - Reception Andrew - bell boy The gym was amazing! My only nag is there wasn’t a squat rack.

The location of the hotel was great the staff were great and very helpful. I had room service for 2of my meals because I was tired and found this to be the best choice for me. I had one meal in the restaurant and I got what I requested the Resturante staff were great including the chef who prepared the meal.
