Hyatt Zilara Rose Hall Adults Only - All Inclusive

I loved the food, the people were extremely nice and polite, they made sure I was happy and all my needs were met. They hotel is under contruction however I couldn't tell but it's good to know they are making upgrades. I wanted a little more entertainment at night.overall I had a Wonderful time.

Staff was friendly, Shavea on the front desk was excellent and was really accommodating and helpful and the hotel was very clean.

Always something to do, beautiful property, lovely rooms, wonderful staff, responsive

Breakfast was great! An extensive amount of options. Plenty of choice, however the Italian wasn’t that great. A few worthy mentions: Shackera - Buffet Dushain - Pool area Amara - Reception Andrew - bell boy The gym was amazing! My only nag is there wasn’t a squat rack.

The resort was beautiful! Staff were super friendly and helpful. Food was great for an all-inclusive; however, the Brazilian restaurant has not reopened after Covid which was a bummer because that menu looked like one of the better ones. Calypso and the Jerk Hut were the best for breakfast and lunch. Urban Eats and the French restaurant were best for dinner. We didn't get a chance to try the Italian place but it also looked good. We did a couples dinner on the beach (extra $$) but well worth it for a fancier customized menu.
